A picture to share, A Tip to Share, A Love to Share

There is this guy and girl are friends who have known each other for quite sometime. Let's take this story in the view of the guy. The guy developed feelings for her but the girl doesn't show any signs that she has feelings for him. He decided to confess his love to her as his feelings are exploding like a volcano erupting lava with overflowing flames. So they went out one day together, had a usual ordinary dinner together. He wanted to confess to her but he was so shy making him tremble but he really really likes her. However, he can't just do it. She went to the toilet and her phone was left on there. Fortunately, he had a good idea. He took her phone and search for his contact on her phone and rename it to "Will You Be My Girlfriend?(:" and quickly put it back in place. They both went home and he picked up his phone and dialled her number.

And thus on her phone, it appeared(refer to the picture abve)

Will she decline or answer?
By the way, isn't this sweet?
