Healthy Chicken Breast Salad Diet Day 2 Successful

Good evening Readers!



Day 2 of diet is sucessful. 
Long time never diet of just eating apples and salad for 2 months.
Now different diet though.Oh before I go on, im the bulky type but think too big already so should tone down. Remembered when i just at apples and salad for 2 months i lost 25 kg haha. But of course gotta need a little intake of carbohydrates as it is important. Yes so...
Since I want to slim down but AT THE SAME TIME BULK even more, 
steamed skinless chicken breast in a salad main vegetable lettuce top with tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, caesar sauce, a tinsy-winzy bit of chilli sauce,thousand island and mayo is ideal. 
Drink comes with either milk, milo or banana protein shake. Dessert is pineapple/mangoes. Snacks in between will be apples.
Can I maintain this for another 2-4 more months?
Anyone knows any more recipe for healthy chicken breast salad?
